Sales and Events Associate

Erica has worked in the catering industry for over five years. She started working at Truffles Fine Foods in May of 2021 as an event server and quickly moved up to her current position in May 2022. Recently Erica has graduated from BCIT's Event Management and Marketing Program, Erica loves exploring her passion in her role. Her favourite events are weddings but mostly she loves to see how happy the client is after their big day knowing that Truffles Fine Foods helped play a part of that. We are lucky to have such and amazing person on our team.
