Lisa Brady, our Events Operations Manager, brings over two decades of catering experience to Truffles Fine Foods. She started her career in restaurants while still in high school, where she discovered her passion for the event industry. This early experience led her to pursue her own catering company, which she ran successfully before shifting her focus to travel.

For 10 years, Lisa managed a travel agency in New Westminster, honing her organizational and managerial skills. Her love for catering eventually drew her back to the industry, and she took on the role of Corporate Catering Director at Edge Catering. There, she successfully expanded the team from 2 to 5 members. 

After taking a brief step back during the Covid-19 pandemic, Lisa realized how much she missed the dynamic world of catering. She joined Truffles Fine Foods in 2022, where she now channels her extensive experience and passion for event management into creating seamless and memorable events. Lisa's dedication to organization and her keen eye for detail ensure that every event she manages is executed flawlessly.
